1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
The request is made within 7 days of delivery
The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
Tags, labels, and packaging are intact
Note: Items with signs of wear, damage, stains (including perfume or makeup), or missing tags will not be accepted
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Innerwear & accessories
Customized or altered products
Items sold under sale, clearance, or discount offers (unless defective or damaged)
3. Exchange Policy
We provide size exchange subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund as per policy.
4. Return & Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
Refund will be credited to The same mode of payment within 5 working days after approval
Return.
Product will be eligible for return within 1 working days after delivery
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, JP Enterprises will cover the return shipping cost
6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos or an unboxing video for verification
We will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled — you may request a return instead

COD order refunds may be issued as store credit
Store credit is valid for 6 months
