Shipping Time & Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days (depending on location).
- Delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your order.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Applicable as per order weight & location.
- Free Shipping may be available on selected products or offers (as mentioned during checkout).
Order Tracking
- After dispatch, tracking details will be shared through SMS / WhatsApp / Email.
- You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or using our Order Tracking page.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, phone not reachable, customer unavailable, the package may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping can be arranged, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please take photos/video and contact us within 48 hours.
- We will assist with replacement or refund as per policy.

- Currently, we ship only within India.
