Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days (depending on location).
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your order.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Applicable as per order weight & location.
  • Free Shipping may be available on selected products or offers (as mentioned during checkout).

Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, tracking details will be shared through SMS / WhatsApp / Email.
  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or using our Order Tracking page.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, phone not reachable, customer unavailable, the package may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping can be arranged, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please take photos/video and contact us within 48 hours.
  • We will assist with replacement or refund as per policy.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.
